About Nariman
Twenty years in. Still building. Still leading. Still learning.
I come from a family of medical professionals — but technology pulled me in early. The pace of it. The way the ground keeps moving. The constant invitation to learn something new. That's the field I chose, and twenty-plus years on, it's still the work I want to be doing.
I started hands-on — front-end, web, and database development — and discovered along the way that the harder problem wasn't the code. It was the people. Getting the right ones in the room, aligning their motivations, and turning complex ideas into something real. That pull moved me into program management, where I lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders — most often through influence rather than formal authority.
My journey has run across Egypt, Canada, and the United States, and that's shaped how I work. I've partnered with teams in every time zone, across cultures and across the full stack — from on-premise software and hardware to cloud infrastructure. The breadth makes the work better. It also makes me a steadier partner when the program turns sideways.
I'm an avid learner. Every project deepens both the craft and the conviction. A Master's in Engineering Management. PMP and PMI-ACP credentials, applied to large-scale initiatives and Agile transformations. In this field, if you stop evolving you fall behind. I haven't, and I won't.
None of this works without the family who walks beside it — pursuing their own passions while supporting mine. Ultimately, doing meaningful work for people who care about it is what makes a career worth building.
